Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Items purchased through pre-order, made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and any personalised products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
